But what makes a Detroit-Detroit is that cheese focase. Here is was rubbery and hadn't quit hit that Millard to generate the proper glutamates from the proteins. I ordered two pizzas (small btw, like a personal pizza and a half). Both demonstrated same issue. Plus 40% of the pepperoni on the Spicy Pepperoni was hanging off the side of the pizza. Requested utensils and condiments...two utensil packs thrown in. No red pepper, parm, plates, napkins included. Very bare-minimum vs someone demonstrating passion in their product. Ordered sauce was forgotten.
