"My family loved the desserts. The Nice Milkshake (GF, V) was so thick and even had bits of real strawberries. The Brownie Layers (GF, V) was delicious, but I would say the brownie itself, was just ok. The Sundae (GF, V) was a hit with the same ice cream and coconut whipped cream as the other desserts, and fresh strawberries and bananas, with almond butter and coco to finish it off. This location must tell their employees to put as little veggies and sauces on their food so it's bland and tasteless. If you go in store you have to ask over and over for them to put a normal amount of vegetables on it. They're taught to skimp and screw the customer. I used to go to this zao everyday for lunch, and the garbage I was just delivered will be the last time I go there. If you're the same price as other restaurants for half the size, half the flavor, I'll take the hint and go somewhere else."

I like hummus as much as the next guy. It's fine. Nothing to write home about. This hummus is different!! It is all I want to eat all day. I want it as a full meal. We SAVED the little bit of hummus we had left over for the next day. We talked about how excited we were for it all day - texting back and forth- and then ate it as a little treat at the end of the night. I went to post a picture of the hummus, I'm shocked I don't have one, it was a big part of our lives for a couple days there.
The perfect proportion of hummus for me and my partner that we will be ordering next time is - regular $5.50 side of hummus and the $15 family sized side of lots of pita strips - which are also shockingly good on their own. My husband’s sandwich was basically two hard pieces of bread with what looked like a very thin layer of mashed meat inside—you couldn’t even see the meat unless you opened it up. His side baguette was rock hard.
The soup actually tasted good, but the portion was shockingly small for the price.
I got the half grilled cheese and it tasted like it was made with processed sliced cheese instead of actual grilled cheese quality ingredients.
What disappointed me most was the cookies. I was excited because in the past Panera cookies have always been soft and one of my favorite things there. This time every single cookie in the bag was hard and dry like a cracker.
Overall, the food quality felt really off compared to previous visits, especially for the cost. I left wishing I had asked for a refund."
