"I've ordered the Big Breakfast Burrito 3 times now, and each time the option to BOGO has been offered. The location is close to my job, so it's super convenient to order, but the food is also just good and filling.
If I had to make a critique, I would definitely ask for an option to add more salsa either in the burrito or on the side! It can get a little dried out after sitting for just a few minutes because of the potatoes.

The 10in cake that I ordered for my nephew's bday arrived frozen (like there were literally ice in the frosting). I wasn't upset that I accidentally spent $60 on a frozen cake that I could have gotten for $15 at Giant; I was upset for their lack of accountability and remorse. Instead, they said that they will write that it's frozen on the cake (which you will only see after it gets paid and delivered). Note: it would be better if you let your consumers know prior to the purchase that the quality is crap. Terrible cake but even worse customer service!"
