"The Blackberry Bear Claw French Toast was delicious. I'm not sure it was worth nearly $19, but if you're looking to treat yourself, lift up a bad day, or maybe split a breakfasty dessert, this will do the trick!
Sadly, that positive was balanced by a quite upsetting negative.
I also ordered a side of French Fries to share, and while the quantity was great for the price... that's where the value ended.
The fries were disgusting.
They were cold, limp, undercooked or overcooked depending on the fry, and had that nasty texture fries that have sat around for days and then been poorly reheated tend to get. There was no way these had been made fresh more recently than the weekend (it's Wednesday). And there is no way Black Bear would have served these in-restraunt.
Absolutely NOT worth the $7.09 price for a side of fries. Probably 98% of the batch went into the trash, and we still ate too many.
We won't be ordering delivery from Black Bear again."

The burrito was not made in-house. It was a store-bought burrito that was deep-fried (why?). The filling is a mystery -- like a bean paste with no flavor. Did not finish.

"These were my first items & experience with Cali Rays. I had the Garlic Pesto Turkey*. The only thing I added that wasn't standard was mayo. I didn't want to get crazy with add ones before trying the baseline. It was absolutely delicious! There's sourdough bread & then there's Sourdough Bread! definitely the second one. I also had the calm New England Clam Chowder* . it was good as well & there was no grit in it that you find in some chowders. " A friendly, affordable, and delicious experience. Every experience I have had both in the restaurant and through DoorDash has been great. I always order the exact same thing and they never fail me. They even go so far as to separate the vegetables and the onion rings from my burger so they don't get soggy.
The seasoned fries are a must! Especially since their ranch pairs phenomenally.
Unfortunately there is no option in DoorDash to select seasoned fries when ordering a hamburger however after requesting them in the special instructions tab the restaurant accommodated me with no hassle.
This is one of our favorite local restaurants. Our children are big fans of the kids menu while my husband and I love their burgers and breakfast options. "
"The mega sliders were great!! Fluffy yummy biscuits were reminiscent of southern style biscuits just made the dish. What really made me happy was I asked to add cheese if possible and they sent in a handwritten note saying sorry this dish doesn’t come with it and it really went above and beyond in my opinion that they saw my request but let me know they could not accommodate me. 10 stars for detail, presentation, taste and care for their customer. Y’all are awesome! "
