The ORDER OF QUESABIRRIA tacos were fantastic — flavorful, tender, and packed with that rich, savory broth that makes birria so addictive. They were perfectly prepared and hit the spot. The Queso Dip With Chips was also excellent: creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor with a generous portion. Both items were highlights and easily worth reordering.
The only minor disappointment was the QUESADILLA with pastor meat. While it was still well-made and good quality, the flavor profile just didn’t quite work for me. It tasted more like Chinese spare ribs than traditional al pastor — a bit sweeter and different from what I was expecting. It wasn’t bad, just not the best match for the dish.
That said, the overall food quality was clearly high. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and well-packaged. This restaurant consistently delivers solid Mexican food, and I’ll be back for those quesabirria tacos and queso dip for sure! Highly recommended. 8.0"

I'm not sure if it's because it's late or the shift that's working right now but the consomé that you dip the tacos in is so watered down it's sad. I bought two orders tonight to show my wife why I've been liking them so much and they really dropped the ball the taste was just no where near the expected taste today.
