"This was my second visit to this Pepe’s location. I’ve been a loyal customer of the Alhambra location for over 45 years. However, this was my first time trying their green chile chicken enchiladas, which are just as flavorful. I highly recommend giving them a try. They have an incredible flavor, is the taste of the chicken is the best part. Most places use boiled chicken, which is not bad, but it doesn’t compare to their chicken. The tacos had a good flavor, but the tortillas were hard and chewy rather than crunchy. They're more like taquitos and they arrived with a red sauce, slivered onions, and parsley to go with it. While they were tasty, they reminded me more of the frozen kind found in stores. I don't think I would purchase again considering the price, but I did enjoy eating it!
