"The Chicken Fried Steak had a nice crunchy batter and was as large as a dinner plate! I accompanied this with their skillet fries and baked beans. It was a delicious meal large enough for 2 or having enough for two days."
"Ordered Smokehouse pick 2. Placed order for sliced brisket and chopped pulled pork. Got no brisket just pork. Ordered mashed potatoes with white gravy. Got potatoes without any gravy. Barbque sauce was a big thick clump of something and tasted odd. Didn't bother trying to continue to eat any of it. I've ate here for long time but never had a meal that was bad until now. Baked beans just tasted old and container wasn't quite half full."

"Ordered the Stuffed Avocado (chicken) dinner. Seems like enough for two adults. Loaded with chicken, and a healthy alternative. Tons of flavor and again lots of food for the $$. On to the Stuffed Jalapeños... Grilled too perfection! Large and served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce that makes the traditional ranch dipping sauce to be a thing of the past now. The sauce compliments the jalapeños perfectly. Best I have had, and you should add a order to any meal. Great food!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Little Taste of Italy — Right at Home!
Luigi’s Italian Cafe never disappoints! Our recent DoorDash order was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The Fettuccine Alfredo was incredible — perfectly cooked pasta with a generous portion size and plenty of rich, creamy Alfredo sauce that tasted homemade and comforting in every bite.
The kids’ lasagna and manicotti were also impressive. Both came in great-sized portions and were full of flavor, making them perfect for little appetites while still feeling like a true Italian meal.
And of course, we couldn’t skip dessert — the cannoli was exactly the sweet treat we hoped for! Crispy shell, creamy filling, and perfectly balanced sweetness that made the meal feel complete.
One thing we always add extra of: the rolls! They’re big, fluffy, and absolutely delicious — soft on the inside with that irresistible fresh-baked taste. Honestly, they’re worth ordering all on their own.
Everything arrived fresh, well-packaged, and just as enjoyable as dining in. Luigi’s Italian Cafe continues to be one of our go-to comfort food favorites. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, satisfying Italian food delivered right to your door!"

"It's actually pretty good food. but way too pricey for the quality.
the Pastel De Tres Leches came partially frozen, and was thus dried out for what is usually a very whet cake.
the #3 Two Enchiladas were congealed or dried out in the middle like they'd been sitting in a pan all day.
the Small Queso was definitely a cup of watered down Velveeta (i dont mean this literally but is the best explination i can give of it, its super smooth and not thick which feels like cheese water and is only lightly seasoned)
the Torta Sandwich was big, par for the course otherwise par the unusually soggy bottom part of the sandwich.
Horchata was fantastic, very good job with the seasoning blend.
all in all. it's not bad food, but the extent everything is preserved makes the price point way too high for me."

But the real star of the show was the chef’s special chicken tikka masala. It was pure perfection—tender, perfectly spiced chicken swimming in the most rich, creamy, flavorful sauce I’ve ever had. Honestly, it might be the best chicken tikka masala I’ve tasted anywhere. Every bite was better than the last, and we couldn’t stop raving about it.
I’m officially addicted. I’ve been coming back so often I’m basically spending my entire paycheck here (slight exaggeration… but not by much). Everything else we tried was outstanding too—the hand-crafted burgers, crispy fried pickles, and those incredible homemade pies sealed the deal. You can tell everything is made with care and real passion.
If you’re looking for an amazing mix of comforting Southern favorites and outstanding Indian/Nepali dishes in a cozy, family-friendly setting, do yourself a favor and get to Brothers Cafe immediately. We’ll definitely be back soon (and ordering that chef’s special chicken tikka masala again)! Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"The chicken tikka masala is now $20.99 Wow! I really like this dish but there were 6 tiny bite size pieces of chicken that's it! I ordered for my Daughter. Was gonna order for myself too this evening but I'm not going to now. The last time I ordered it was 17.99 a few weeks ago and sparse chicken then too. Too bad brothers your food is good but for $21 dollars I want more."

"I go three of the SMALLEST pieces of Golden Roast chicken. There was barely any meat on the thighs, and the chicken leg was like jerky. The Cole slaw tasted old as well. The only thing I ate was the rolls and Mashed Potatoes. My husband liked the NEW! 9 Spicy Pickle Wings."
"No family gravy, 2 - 1/2 charros, all sides are single sides. That is crazy to think you pay almost $50 fo just 18 tenders and single sides... WOW. But as far as door dasher. GREAT. Food provider... NEEDS ATTENTION TO ORDER AND DETAIL!!"

"oh my gosh that was good! huge omelet! pancakes were delicious! Tasted amazing! No way I could eat all that. So so good!"
"This has got to be the worst I have ever ordered. The tortilla was hard and the egg still runny. It's supposed to have bacon and sausage both and there was very little, so I couldn't even pick out the meat from the undercooked egg to eat. The only thing "Big" about this burrito is the hard tortilla shell. for $27 I got to eat cold hashbrowns. Disappointed is an understatement. I'm P!$$*》"

"The double cheeseburger was soggy and small. The flavor was decent, but the texture was gross. Paid $21 including tip for the cheeseburger and garlic fries was still hungry because of how small it was. Very disappointed."
"Ok, HONEST REVIEW- Burgers were so-so, kinda on the bland side & for what we paid I imagined getting a nice BIG juicy burger- not the case. The tejano and cure burgers are what we tried, also ordered the Philly & kids chicken tenders...I believe it came with three, which would've been fine, BUT they were HALF the size of my finger, short and very skinny. Couple bites and my kid was done and still hungry- $20 for the smallest Philly we ever saw, is CRAZY. The sides were also very small portions. I get it if you must cut back, but then also cut back on the dang prices. We were disappointed. Especially for what we paid for all of this. $97 after a $10 tip. Here's my sign to pause with the DD for a while..I feel jip't. I'll leave it there, & this was our first time trying this place too."

"My second time ordering 😍 I love that they put foil around the container to keep the food hot – it’s a great touch! The wings are absolutely amazing, and the sauce? It’s saucing 💯. Your wings come smothered in flavor – NO DRY WINGS HERE‼️ They’re cooked perfectly every time, with a nice crispy outside and juicy inside. The fries are fresh, crispy, and crinkly, just the way they should be. In my opinion, these are the best wings in Greenville, and they’re also the most affordable. Highly recommend!"
"What I Ordered:
• Smoky Turkey Leg
• Macaroni and Cheese
• Candied Yams
• Collard Greens
• 18-piece Wings (Sweet & Spicy Sauce)
• Sweet Potato Pie
• Crinkle-cut French Fries
The Positives:
1. 18-piece Wings: The sweet and spicy sauce was amazing—perfectly balanced with just the right kick. The chicken itself was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, without needing to request extra frying time. This was the star of the meal and absolutely worth revisiting.
2. Smoky Turkey Leg: This was another highlight. The sauce was delicious, the meat was tender and falling off the bone, and the portion size was generous. If you’re a turkey leg fan, this is a must-try.
3. Sweet Potato Pie: The flavor was unique, with an intriguing spice (possibly nutmeg or ginger) standing out. While the flavor was good, the portion size for $6 felt underwhelming.
The Mediocre:
1. Crinkle-cut Fries: These were just average fries—no seasoning, nothing remarkable. They were fine as a side, but not memorable.
2. Collard Greens: The vinegar-water base wasn’t my personal style, though the seasoning was decent, and they included smoked meat for added flavor. While they were edible, they didn’t stand out.
The Disappointments:
1. Macaroni and Cheese: The portion size was incredibly small, and it wasn’t baked—it was just standard shell pasta with cheese sauce. The dish lacked seasoning, requiring additional salt and pepper to be palatable.
2. Candied Yams: These were just okay. They didn’t have the rich sweetness or buttery depth I was hoping for.
3. Value for Money: Spending $85 for this meal felt excessive, especially given the small portions of the sides and the underwhelming flavor of certain items.
Overall Thoughts:
While I appreciate the effort, Uncle Ray’s Drive-In didn’t quite meet my expectations. The wings and smoked turkey leg were fantastic and worth ordering again, but the sides and desserts didn’t deliver on flavor or value. I moved to Texas expecting bold flavors and big portions, because they say everybut tBIG HERE! Well ifound out quickly that's a lie. This meal fell short in both categories, especially compared to the establishme I frequent back in Ohio, where seasoning & portion is key.
I love supporting local businesses, and I don’t mind paying for great food, but this just didn’t feel worth the $85 (Door Dash). Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for the full meal experience. However, if you’re craving Sweet & Spicy wings fried hard or a smoky turkey leg, those are definite standouts and worth every bite!!"
