The chicken was perfection, tender and moist. The rice was perfect as well. I chose to add a side of garlic Naan and I'm glad I did because it is out of this world! Super soft and two large pieces make it a great serving size. This is the first time I have had Medu Vada , so I have nothing to compare it to, but it's divine.
