"I'm a bit disappointed. And I'd like to preface that I own a restaurant and we are also on DoorDash. We make similar food as well. I'm not going to compare because that's weird. But my issue is that when I placed my order, if you were out of something you all should have removed that item before approving my order. With that said, I was missing several ingredients that were in the description of the food. I ordered mac & cheese with hot Cheetos and got a really extremely bland and overcooked mac & cheese with no hot Cheetos and a white almost clear cheese sauce. I ordered the french fries that were loaded and got no grilled onions and no beef patty that was supposed to come on it. Because your prices are so high, the food quality and quality should match that. I ordered a large elote and it came in a 8oz cup. That's quite small for $8. Over all, I am disappointed and the cost does not match the quality and quantity sadly."

"We got the Family Bundle and were unpleasantly surprised to understand why the price was so low. The burgers were bland, and overcooked. The chicken sandwiches were completely tasteless, and chewy. The Buffalo nuggets were soggy, overdone, and the sauce tasted almost rancid. The fries were fine, but a bit cold. The only part of our order that wasn't disappointing, was our Coca-Cola drinks. The sauces for the nuggets, whether it was by accident or careless mistake, had one of the bbq sauce packets explode and coating a good portion inside the bag.
The nuggets and the burger themselves tasted great, and again I absolutely get it that things just slip up while you're trying to get orders out as fast as possible, so I ask for your kitchen crew and your expeditor to be more attentive and careful for future orders.
