"they didn't have the item I ordered so the driver called to inform me. The lady working at the time had an attitude with me as if it was my fault they were out of the 16 count mini box and she wanted to give me two Cinnamon buns as a replacement. I told her that wasn't equivalent at all. So to try and make up for the price difference she offered me a turtle and a Oreo bun that are a higher price point which I declined because I didn't want those flavors, so with an attitude she said well you can just get your money back then. I told her no the driver is already there and I want my dessert. So I asked her why not just add a third original cinnabon at least so that it would be closer to the amount I spent. eventually she agreed. The whole interaction was so unnecessary, and to make matters worse the buns were nasty when we got them. They were hard and dry even after heating them up."
