"I meant to write this last Sunday, but itās been a busy week, and Iāve honestly just been exhausted. š
Last Sunday, after surviving an overnight work from home shift that lasted just under 16 hours, I was completely running on fumes. I coordinate with teams across multiple countries in real time, so the time zone differences can be absolutely brutal on my sleep schedule.
Lately itās been even more intense because weāre in the middle of a major project rollout, and last Saturday was by far the toughest day yet. Unfortunately that meant that by Sunday morningā¦ I was drained and desperate for āCoffeeā.
The morning alarms began going off in my kidsā rooms, and I hadnāt even started their breakfast yet.
So I grabbed my phone and turned to our familyās favorite go-to spot: Tacoās Jaliscoās.
I ordered enough pancakes, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, and French toast to feed everyone āand every single thing was cooked, packed and delivered absolutely perfectly.
Every item arrived fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious.
My kids loved every bite, and they were completely stuffed by the time they finished eating. š
Look, when youāre beyond exhausted, having a place you know you can count on for a great meal makes all the difference in the world.
