"Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai was perfect! (Recently had another location use coffee (?) and possibly swap other ingredients without noting anything on the label for an iced chai latte) this was Exactly what i ordered and exactly what was printed on the label! No surprises! The staff at this location are so kind and historically will contact me if something is unavailable which is AMAZING and I adore that INTEGRITY! The Caramel Apple Spice was in fact just that! (No "made you something else" scribbled on the cup with no indication of WHAT was made or what potential allergens introduced like the other local did earlier this week ). I got EXACTLY what I ordered (which is why i TRUST this location for delivery and in person) and both were also the PERFECT temperature! This location is so wonderful when it comes to communication and I love that about them! Both drinks were secured with stickers over the openings, with lids on tight in a carrier in a taped bag for safety alongside the other two items I purchased. No leaks! And historically they dont have that problem- unless a dasher knocks the bag over. TRUST this location. Theres always risk with health conditions and take out but at this location i know what i tolerate, what I'm signing up for when i order each item, that i will likely be contacted or offered actual note if something is unavailable (vs being subbed an unidentified item) and that it will be packaged safely! Such a RELIEF after being served 2 drinks at the other location that were not what i ordered nor identifiable from the other local tuesday night! Support this location- they know not to send you a mystery unless you ASK, of course. Mysteries are fun, sometimes, but not when you have allergies, intolerances, potentially different beliefs, immune conditions etc - THIS location clearly gets that which is so important when it comes to food SAFETY! "Wow... ordered a variety & got the pleasure of having the best bite of pastry of my life (Kouign Amann), followed immediately by the best bite of pastry of all my past & future lives as well (Apple Turnover), and then the best baguette (Baguette Parisian). I've never had a baguette with a crust that perfect and fresh before. Everything had such a fresh glass-crackle crust, including the Chocolate Croissant. The pastry work and lamination is just unreal. And the Bread of the Month (red bell pepper & rosemary for April) is spectacular too; my mom & I both instantly agreed we'll be trying every bread of the month from now on.
Only miss for me is the Double Chocolate Muffin; no chips, not super chocolatey, and doesn't taste like it was made freshly today, but that's understandable with a muffin. Muffins don't seem to be the point of this place anyway, and that's okay. Order from them what they clearly do best in town-- pastries and bread.

The whole thing looked sloppy and drenched in too much sour cream. The presentation lacked any positive appeal, and just looked recycled. All of the food lacked flavor. The fact that the rations were minuscule remains a blessing. The lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh, a recurring defect on all of their food. The burrito bowl was no better. The bowl was full, but with yuky food, size really doesn't matter. Why can't someone mentor the staff better? The Damascus iteration is at the bottom of the barrel for fresh, good tasting, properly assembled meals."
