If you give customers the proper amount of protein, they’ll come back and order again. Trying to fool your customers with extra onions etc. and little chicken making it look like a lot of food isn’t going to fool anyone. It’s only going to have me go elsewhere next time. Same with the Thai iced tea. It’s 70% ice with such little tea, as though customers won’t realize what you’re doing. Tea was good though. My guess is because everything was buy one get one free they are skimping on all of the items. Better Business practice would be to serve your customers the same amount they would get if they were purchasing a normal dish in the restaurant if you want repeat customers. "Got the sushi sampler was very tender and fresh. Pieces may look small but that is traditional and cut thicker. Excellent presentation with plenty of ginger and green mustard (wasabi) and daikon that I love with sashimi. Also got miso perfect flavor not weak or too strong like other places. Added sushi rice too. Ordered a tamago and a tobilko sushi both lacked any wasabi but it was provided on the side with pickled ginger. I prefer it on my sushi. Excellent presentation and provided with chopsticks, soy sauce, and napkins. I'll order from them again soon!"
