The chicken, cheese, bacon and ranch sandwich had wilted lettuce and it wasn't fun biting into the paper that separates cheese in the package. I didn't see it included on the sandwich description, but I guess they added it at no charge. The bacon is also that fakin' bacon. The roast beef sandwich with melted cheese was good.
