"This food was so delicious and flavorful, the jerk chicken has a nice kick to it. I loved that the rice was not dry and the sweet Plantains (SIDE) were actually sweet and delicious. I got a small plate and I think it was plenty of food for 2 people. The Regular Mac & Cheese was also good it was creamy and well-seasoned. I would order again ."
"Not sure what's going on maybe they changed the cook but this Rasta pasta was bland like milk was just poured in. Very little salmon for such a high price, cost as much as steak and shrimp dinners from some other restaurants."

"Food was a seven out of 10. They could've chose better pieces as this was mostly fatty. Also, I'm not a huge fan of sweet oxtail. I prefer savory with the hint of spice. This was more the sweet side.portion was about a full tail."

"If you have never tried oxtail before you need to try theirs it comes with white rice and bean soup and the oxtails are in juice that is also so flavorful. Delicious on the rice! Always fresh always more than I can eat in one sitting"

"Food was so amazing! Fresh and well prepared. Chicken - Jerk was perfect! Cabbage was tender and so yummy.

"Dont get a large unless you dont mind having all rice. They gave 5 pieces of wing parts a hole lot of rice and cabbage for 25dollars. The rice was good the cabbage was bland and oily the chicken was soggy tough and flavorless. I also purchased a slice of red velvet Red Velvet Cake for $5.40 and it was the skinniest, tiniest slither of a piece of cake that they could cut that wouldnt fall apart. The cake doesnt look anything close to the pic. It looks a bit dry,but I havent tasted it yet but it isnt worth $5.40 at all. The red pea soup I ordered the other day was so good. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again unless i am ordering the oea soup."

"Really good and a lot of food for the price BUT i will say that they were stingy with the green plantain it only came with three and then the griot had ten pieces but five of those pieces was fat. Overall im pleased though and would get again!"
"My food was amazing as usual! The black rice was delicious, the chicken is seasoned to the bone, the Mac and cheese is amazing hot or cold and the Pikliz is my favorite! My only feedback is to change the packaging as my food melted the top (it's happened every time) and I'm worried about absorbing micro plastics."

"They forgot my Double Chocolate Chip Brownie but I reorder and they replaced it and gave me the other one so I appreciate that because their brownies are the best I ever had! Super good. I will say the portions are a bit small for the price and inconsistent. I had like a few pieces of cut up chicken and a lot of avocado chimi churri that I ordered for a side! and last time I chose the Mac and cheese as a base and it was barely any which was sad cause I love mac and cheese. I will most likely order again I support the black owned business. flavor is good so I'm not mad at it."
"I highly recommend this reimagined Lamb Curry dish. The meatballs are juicy, tender and really allow you to savor the curry flavor. The pesto sauce is the chef’s kiss that takes it over the edge. Pairs well with the mac and collards. I imagine its a grand slam with the Rasta pasta 😋 Every dish is always delicious, vibrant and bountiful from Fresh Foods 🥰"

Can't be beat. $20 for a massive portion of Rice and Beans, Jerk Chicken, Plantains, Salad, Macaroni Au Grautin, Pikliz, and a Haitian Beef Pattie. I will 100% be ordering here often from now on. Merci!"
"They must've hired a new cook or something because this food tasted awful and nothing like what I'm used to from this restaurant. Creole Chicken / Sòs Poul Di tasted old and it was so dry.

"Chicharron De Pollo / Fried Chicken Chunk was not good day. It wasn't even fried properly, chicken had no color, chicken was very big. Only 4 pieces of un fried chicken. Paid so much for a large and got medium plate. Do better! last year food was delicious. Pastelito De Res / Beef Pastelito was very dry, not the first time. "Most delicious meal I've had in ages!! The goat and oxtail were both very flavorful and perfectly cooked. I love spicy food and I though it was perfect, but might be too spicy for some people. Very generous portion and the sides were great as well. Loved that they took care in packaging the meal - the box was tightly wrapped in cling film and there was no spillage at all. The doubles party was delicious but I thought the chickpea filling was just ok. The menu on DoorDash is a little confusing - I thought the combo meal came with roti but I think I just misread it. There's no boxes to select your sides so you just write it in the comments. Overall this far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely order again!"
"Their rotis are way better than Ali's Roti. Go for Singh's! Quality, portion, and the wrapping is impeccable. The roti wrap itself is above and beyond."

Dont eat in a rush because you'll be mad it's gone . Havent really found the same flavor in other restaurants like this one "
"The grio fritay was not good. The marinades had too much baking soda, making the grio too crispy and hard to chew. Everything was packed together in one plate, which made it difficult to eat and looked very bad. Overall, it was not worth the money. "

"We ordered from Guanachapi's late night after our Uber eats order from a different restaurant was cancelled last minute... So glad it worked out the way it did because this place is AMAZING!! We got takeout and ordered cheese pupusas (which I've never had before) and chicken quesadillas and both were delicious. All ingredients were EXTREMELY fresh. Even though we ordered at 9pm the guac seemed like it was just made minutes ago and the cabbage for the pupusas was not at all wilted and had a great crunch to it. I said it for the last but honestly believe now that I was settling because I didn't think I would find THIS! This is the flavor I was searching for. So so so so good. And it comes with a small side of rice."
"rice is dry, meat is good, I paid $3 for a triangle shaped piece of fried cheese, i ordered a side of Queso Frito and got 1 slice of cheese. ive been ripped off. i expected to see a few pieces of cheese and got 1 little pelacito. its cool ill continue to take my business to top mix down the street.. Miami cafe sucks now. i tried this location 3 summers ago. today i hoped for something different still nasty the meat only thing good. no flavor to anything else. "

"I ordered the same item with different sauce prior and the quality was very different. This time the wings feel greasy and on the soggier side when last time it was very crispy despite being covered in sauce. Also for garlic parm, I feel like the flavor isn't there."

"i got the Birria Options quesadilla and a beef Empanada. the Empanada was good full of flavor and crispy it was also a pretty good size it wasn't small. the Birria quesadilla was delicious taste is amazing just if you want a little crisp to it id get the tacos instead because the quesadilla does get a little soggy from the box just overall rating 9.5"

"Everything was really good. The Baked Pork Pabellon is amazing, from the rice, the black beans and plantains to the portion size. Shredded Beef Empanada + Shredded Chicken Empanada, also delicious. Good size as well. I would get everything again. I didn't take a picture of the Yucca Croquette, they didn't last long, they were delicious too. Cooked perfectly. So I ate them all without thinking. "

"It comes with what looks like seasoned parsley fries, crinkle cut carrots, crinkle cut celery, a slice of buttered toast that's cut in half and a small container of tartar sauce. The fries aren't over or undercooked. The shrimp is crispy and not overcooked. Ask for extra sauce or have your own condiments because the container of tartar sauce won't be enough for everything that comes with the meal. I think you get what you paid for and a little extra. It says 12 Shrimp Butterfly and I got 12 butterfly shrimp. I like it and I would buy it again. Sorry, no pictures this round. "
"I ordered the STEAK FRIES LARGE , for the first time, and they taste good. The fries are lighty seasoned. I also ordered the 15 WINGS ONLY again. The sweet chili wings are very good. It comes with a couple pieces of carrrots and celery. The carrots and celery are crinkle cut and taste fresh. They don't look wilted. I ate one of the carrots and celery. Otherwise, there was two of each, to begin with."
