"We ordered around 8pm on a Friday night. We noticed that it was taking quite a long time to get a driver assigned. Around 8:50 the store actually called us to say they were having issues with DoorDash and apologized. They said they would keep calling support until they got someone. At 9 they actually texted me saying they finally got a hold of our driver and that they were on their way to the store. They said they were keeping our food warm and would stay open until it got picked up. They again apologized and said they were also giving us a free soup! So very kind and they went above and beyond to let us know what was happening. Not only that but the food still arrived warm and was absolutely amazing! Hands down the best Chinese food we have had in a long time. Both the chicken chow mein and the broccoli beef were SO flavorful and we will 1,000% be returning customers."

"The Beef Spicy Soup has good flavor and heat but the portion size was half of what I get from other restaurants. Also, the little broth I had was not a soup broth but thicker like a stew. The Rice was not short grain rice. Not even medium grain. It's a fancy long grain rice which is not typical with Korean meals. It is not a good match at all for the meal. The Fried Rice Kimchi was just ok snd was also less than half of what you get from other restaurants nearby. And unlike any other local Korean restaurant, there was no banchan! They did give a salad that consisted only of shredded cabbage and a mustard based dressing. Very strange. Even though the flavor of the soup is good, I will not be ordering from them again. They really should take a look at the mass of other local Korean restaurants. Short grain rice, larger portion sizes, better quality fried rice and banchan would definitely help them be more competitive in the local market."

I called to tell them I was missing the rice I paid for, and they argued that wasn't the case. I shouldn't have to argue about something that isn't true; I'm arguing because I paid money for something I didn't receive. The portion size wasn't adequate for a family. They're incompetent, and I'm paying so much money. The pictures don't show what the food looks like. I paid almost $97.00, giving them my first chance, which is now my last. You're better off eating at Koto Teriyaki in Lakewood than at this restaurant. I lost money, and they're right because they don't want to lose. They lose a customer and get a terrible review"
