"This was my first time trying Egusi as well as fufu. The Egusi was very flavorful. I did Egusi with beef and there were actually large pieces of meat in the Egusi and it was so tender it fell apart. "It was difficult to find another good mexican restuarant. As soon as I set the bag down I knew there was grilled steak in there from the delicious aroma. I ordered from another restaurant recently and they used ground meat for the enchiladas. That left me traumatized. The steak was seasoned - bit salty - and I really enjoyed the salsa roja - it's the red one with mole, which is why I order it red. It was really good. They did charge me a little too much for requested lettuce and cilantro on the chicken tacos though, but it was all good (it needs it! Cant find nachos with cilantro anywhere at the very least) I wish they used mexican cheeses on the nachos though. "

Lots of jalapeños in it which I loved. They give lots of meat. I'm not a fan of corn tortillas so next time I'll definitely get extra rice. The Chorizo/Chorizo Con Papas was just incredible. It was so crispy and fresh. There is a menu error where it says you get 3 tostones instead of 1 but based on the price I figured it was a typo. Tres Leches Cake was great. "I recently moved to the Albany area and have been searching high and low for my go-to breakfast spot and I think I finally found it! the Bumbles Breakfast Sando is customizable, I just wish I could add more toppings ( only allows one selection). I chose bacon/lettuce and they added a single layer of bacon across the sandwich so every bite had some! It comes with a side and I chose the OJ which was delicious as well! As for the Super Green it was good but I probably won't get it again as it does not travel well and I live a ways away. Taste was on par with usual green drinks like it! I could taste the banana and pineapple instantly but personally I prefer a little less pineapple taste. Lastly, Half Dozen Bagels, with 8oz Cream Cheese on side. "I'm a regular at this corner store, but have never ordered food from here today. While i consider myself a loyal customer, this is going to be a 100% honest review, NOT considering the overall price of the items.
I got the #13) Heart Attack Sub, an order of Onion Rings, Curly Fries, and a 3 pc order of Chicken Tenders / Fingers. The sub was/is very good, though it has a slightly off taste to it. My guess is the mozzarella cheese, maybe the marinara sauce. It's certainly not bad, just somewhat unexpected. The sub gets a 7/10. The Curly Fries and Onion Rings are both very very good, not much to say about them, but they only get an 8/10 as they're wetter than I personally prefer. I tossed them in my air fryer and they crisped up so it wasn't a problem.
Now onto the Chicken Tenders / Fingers, the star of the show in my opinion. I got the tenders, they came with a cup of ranch AND hot sauce. The tenders smelled incredible, the hot sauce was good (again, not much to say) the ranch was a little warm for my taste but i did walk my order home after picking it up. There was a tiny bit of "weird chicken texture," that is, one of the pieces had a bit of tendon-y toughness, but the other two were nearly perfect. 9/10
Service is always great with AJ and his employees, an easy 10.
