"Best sushi restaurant ever. Their rolls are huge!! They're hand rolls? Also huge!!! Packaged beautifully. I am obsessed with their California (HR) literally never had a hand roll so big and filled. Their California rolls are so good too and everything just tastes sooo fresh. I add fresh salmon and lemon on top to make a "49er" version sushi roll since I'm from the Bay Area and those are my favorite and ugh it's so delicious. I love ordering from here. I've had their Cali Fry Roll as well and it was actually my first time trying it and goodness! They again, the rolls are so big that it's worth the price, and it tasted like heaven! Their Miso Soup is excellent. What I like about this place is you can remove sauces, add things to the roll as you wish which is super rare to find a place that accommodates! My parents have loved their Jalapeño Bombs. They highly recommend them. They never skimp out, for example I've gotten their Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with just rice before and holy cow I was able to have some for lunch AND dinner and it still was super fresh! Love their Philly Roll, their Sake Maki, and Dragon Roll. My sister loves their Ebi Nigiri, my mom loves their Maguro Nigiri, and I love love their fresh Sake Nigiri! Their Sake Don is incredible again this place gives so much and doesn't skimp out, which I LOVE!!! I do wish they sold their alcohol on here as well, I went in once and loved their Japanese Fruity Sake! So wonderful and not too sweet. Literally just right. They also have Shirley Temples which I love! Anyways 100000/10 place. A million stars. I love this place and it's the best ever."

"I was really disappointed with my experience at Mikuni. The quality and portion sizes were far below what I expected, especially considering the price.
The sashimi portions were shockingly small—honestly some of the tiniest pieces I’ve ever been served at a sushi restaurant. It felt like I was paying premium prices for samples rather than an actual meal. The California roll was just as disappointing. It tasted almost entirely like rice with sesame seeds.

"I have been going to Sai Varee for a few years now and they always deliver. My food quality has been consitient each and every time whether I've gone in and picked up my food or had it delivered. Their Wonton Noodle Soup is absolutely outstanding! I often get their Fresh Rolls with shrimp as well and the peanut sauce that accompanies them is to die for. When I want a sweet treat I always get their Fresh Mango with Sweet Sticky Rice. The mango is always so sweet and tasty! I definitely recommend ordering from here!! "
"The brown rice appeared to be left over from the day before. The rice was a combination of mush and dried out bits that were hard as rocks. The pork belly was extremely salty and the quantity of meat compared to vegetables was not comparable to local restaurants with similar price points. The flavor was mediocre.
The green papaya salad was fresh, crisp, and flavorful. The tomatoes as well as the peanuts were still crunchy. (A good indication that it wasn't pre-made and left sitting in the refrigerator.) Probably the best green Papaya Salad (Som Tum) that I've had in recent months. The limes brightened the flavor and the heat level was just right. Wish that the Krapow Moo Grob (Crispy house-cured pork belly) and the White rice Or Brown rice was up to the same standards."

"First time trying Umami Ramen and I can definitely say I will be ordering it again. I tried the R2. Spicy Tonkotsu (Thin Noodles), the Onigiri - Tuna, and the Oolong Tea (bottle).
The Spicy Tonkotsu ramen was a 10/10 for me! I ordered it mild and itstill had a spicy kick but the broth was rich and flavorful. The Pork Chashu was tender too! The noodles were bouncing which was a fun surprise being that I've never had ramen noodles this texture before.
The Tuna Onigiri was a nice complement to the spiciness of the ramen broth. It was a first time trying onigiri for me so I wasn't sure what to expect. The rice had a stickiness to it and the tuna was flavorful and not dry at all which I will say I was expecting but it was so good!
Lastly, the Oolong Tea to wrap up the whole meal. It was tasty, light and my ideal choice of beverage to wash down a delicious meal.
For a first time experience with Umami Ramen, it gets a 10/10 from me. The food's quality, the tastes, and overall presentation were remarkable. I will definitely be back. Strongly suggest! "

"I ordered a Combo Plate with paksiw and menudo Ala Carte (Filipino food) .. the menudo portion is in a container about the size of my palm for$14+, while the combo plate paksiw comes with rice and pancit for $17+.. pricey for the amount of menudo that has a lot of fat and oil compared to a larger container of paksiw WITH rice and pancit. "I showed up today for an order of several different taiyaki! I thought I'd time it out perfectly to just grab and go, but I was a couple minutes too early. They were very nice and understanding that I wanted to go back and check on my dog I had waiting in the car with me, and brought out some of my order to me, along with a nice swirl of taro ice cream! All the taiyaki were so good, but the 5 Pumpkin Taiyaki especially were delicious! The taiyaki are decent size, I only ate a couple before I filled up! Got to wash it down with a nice Thai Milk Tea.
