"Took 30 minutes for JJ's to actually make order according to the dasher. The dasher was waiting for the food. It took us an entire hour to receive our food from order to delivery when the app estimated 20 minutes.
We didn't receive any of our special requests. No peppers on the sandwiches. No salami that we added and paid extra for. The ice in our drinks was completely melted by the time that we received them.
