One of the steaks was ordered medium rare but arrived over medium with barely any pink. For a $38 steak, that’s a big miss.
The “loaded” sweet potatoes were also a letdown. They arrived still tightly wrapped in foil, which means no one even looked at them before sending them out. Once opened, they were overcooked and charred, and the “loaded” part was minimal — just a tiny amount of toppings and maybe six small marshmallows, that we had to "load"
The green beans tasted like they came straight out of a can, with no seasoning or bacon.
At this price point, you’d expect the kitchen to check what’s leaving the restaurant, especially on delivery orders. This felt rushed and careless."
