"So I waited for the pick up time that kept gettin pushed back, and despite being marked ready it wasn't -- they started bagging when I asked for my order at the counter. No big, was going to let that go but just got home and the bagging is a mess. And to be clear, I was careful with the bag. Nothing got crushed in transit, this is just how carelessly the pastries were bagged. See pics.
Rice donuts were crushed, but whatever, they're fine. Portuguese Egg Tart was dumped out of the plastic upside down, which I find gross and careless but again, meh. But both coffee buns I ordered were totally crushed, topping crumbling everywhere. Worst of all, the morning bread is just a pack of plain rolls??? That's not at all what the menu description says. It's supposed to be connected rolls sliced in half with cream and jam. I have a bag of plain milk rolls which is a different item... I won't be back, way too expensive for all this to be such a mess."

"The bagel nook is a great place for jam packed, delicious bagels! They have so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits.
