All portions large. Only criticism is the size of prep cut. Too big cuts of bok choy, carrots, broccoli. Hard to eat as needed knife to cut smaller--especially difficut with soup. As for chow mein...very tasty BUT not regular chow mein noodles but thickness of udon. That was unexpected and not what we wanted.
