"WOW!!! That was the best, THE BEST, Shrimp and Crab Louie EVER! Everything was fresh and there was an abundance of shrimp and crab, not just a few of them sprinkled on top. The bread rolls were heated and even the butter was placed in a separate container so they didn't melt or get smashed.

The vegetables were good and cooked perfectly. The fruit bowl was hot...probably similar to the hot Cole slaw being bagged with hot food.
Cold vs. hot should be bagged accordingly. We also only received one set of utensils for $140 worth of food, including two entry's. Seems common sense to pack fo at least two people eating.
