"The owner called me twice; first to let me know that they were out of the egg pudding for the Brown Sugar Matcha, and told me that he will add extra tapioca pearls instead. Then he called me a second time (it was a pick-up order), and said he will make a whole new drink for me, free of charge, as he still made it with the sweet foam, bc I asked for no dairy in my drink (I'm lactose intolerant), and is delivering it to me!!!! My husband picked up the order, and was already almost home, so he said since we don't live super far, he will bring it! But anyways, their drinks always hit, every single time.
