"My experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The queso was completely unacceptable solid, clumpy, and the consistency of a brick. I asked for a fresh batch, but the employee insisted that what I had was already fresh. I still requested another one, and when they opened the container, I was honestly disgusted. The queso was filled to the brim, and when the employee scooped it, it held its shape and fell out like a rock. That’s not how queso should be served.
On top of that, the quality of the bowl was just as bad. It was drenched in sauce, making everything soggy, yet the portions of the actual ingredients were surprisingly small. For the price, I expected much better quality and consistency. Overall, this was a very disappointing meal, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back"
