"Beef Liver is an appetizer that's a big enough portion with bread and salad to serve as a meal. It is not the typical liver in gravy with cooked onions. The bread seemed like it had hardened after possible microwaving and couldn't be bent or rolled. Liver was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
