To make matters worse, the complimentary bread looked hastily torn apart, uneven, and carelessly presented. "The bacon cheeseburger was overcooked and underseasoned. When ordering they didnt give an option for how you want the burger cooked. It came medium well-well. The side of fries were good. The Disco fries were extremely overdone. The cheese was burnt and the fries were dried out. The side of gravy was tiny and completely disproportionate to the amount of fries. I ordered a chicken melt but they sent a burger melt. The burger was overcooked (medium well-well) and the bread was stale. The tator tots were the only good part of the meal. "

"I can't speak to the bagels from here because I did not receive any. I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese and specified in the comments that I wanted an everything bagel and for the bacon to be crispy. I received the BEC on a roll with floppy bacon. I ordered two individually everything Bagels and received flagels, they're okay, but not what I ordered. I ordered Pasta Salad 1/4lb and received egg salad which had ALOT of mayo. I ordered a Chocolate Chip Cookie and a Macadamia Nut Cookie and they were dry and over cooked. Nothing worth paying for. The Macadamia Nut Cookie had coconut in it which is fine but not advertised and could be problematic since it arrived without a package/ingredient list. Overall, not a good experience since I didnt get most of what I ordered. "
