I got a huge serving of well cooked white rice, chicken stewed in delicious seasonings and a rich tomato sauce, delicious pink beans and sweet plantain/platano maduro. There are a lot of other options though. If you're new to Caribbean foods just know that maduros are like a firm and mire savory banana but it's not like the classic yellow banana you buy at the grocery store. It's really good.
