"Third time this week they've messed up my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage . I only ask for extra whipped cream on top since there's no option to add additional caramel crunch toppings which is another thing I hate about ordering delivery. Once again I paid the outlandish extra $1 for the extra whipped cream and same thing as usual no extra whipped cream. "Every Tim's I go to, never gets my coffee order correct. I understand 1 cream and 1 milk seems odd but it's my version of half and half. The receipt even shows 1 cream and 1 milk. I cannot stand sugar in my coffee so it's a waste now. Staff just need to slow down, take a minute and pay attention instead of being in auto pilot.
Everything else was correct, and Priya the Asst Store Manager was helpful when I called and will be offering me a refund. Thats why I left 3 stars. "
