It used to be good. I had more peanuts in here than chicken in my kung pao chicken. And peanuts cost more per pound at a restaurant cost, and im using marys chicken in my restaurant. Still they have over a cup of peanuts in here to balance out the breading of what could be maybe 4 ounces of chicken, possibly 3 ounces. The breading is the majority.
