They were flavorful and still crisp even after being delivered for 10 minutes. I saw they had Kalbi (Korean short ribs) which is one of my FAVORITES. I ordered it tonight and to say that I was 100% satisfied is a complete understatement. They were marinated and seasoned to perfection, but that doesnt matter if they arent cooked properly. But these...oh these short ribs were tender, charred, falling off the bones, and the fat was rendered to an ever so slightly crisped/juicy/flavor bomb.
