"Usually this place tastes relly good but today the C23. General Tso's Chicken had a bit of a fishy aftertaste. The egg roll and the pork fried rice were wonderful though. Good portion sizes and quite fresh tough. I'm willing to try it again because I may just have had a bad batch this once and I've always enjoyed it before."

"The C19.Boneless Spare Ribs are phenomenal !!! I started ordering here a few weeks ago and I have not stopped yet. Although today's order was smaller portioned than usual, it was pretty good. I don't even know where this place is located, but they definitely have the best ribs in town. I can tell they're clean establishment based off their fried rice . Dirty woks leave residue on rice . This rice is clean looking . lol . "

"i haven't had such delicious. authentic food since i lived near NYC's chinatown. the Fish Maw Soup with Shrimp and Cold Seasoned Jelly Fish were excellent. the slightly pickled cukes in the dish were the perfect compliment. The Dasher , Briana, was great and the soup was actually piping hot."
"I decided to try the Crab Rangoon (6) because of the many conflicting reviews. In general i don't enjoy cream cheese in too many dishes. I found these to be nicely hand folded which gave them a good look and taste!
They are an appetizer , so i found the 6 pieces to be a perfect size. Just my opinion, but I'm glad i tried them for myself. "

"New Haven Taste of China (NHToC)
is BETTER THAN EVER. Accommo-
dating some tastes for comfort food
evergreens, for the most part they introduce authentic, traditional
Chinese dishes to the dining public.
Leaning on essential aromatics of
Chinese cooking, like ginger, garlic
scallions and traditional elements
like 5 spice, Star Anise and HuaJiao
NHToC brings the distintiveness
of Chinese cuisine to their eager
customers.
That is what is appealing about
Steamed Cod and Ma Po Doufu.
Dong Gu Cai Shin (lit Winter mush-

with Black Mushroom is a brown
sauce presentation of very Chinese
ingredients.
New Haven Taste of China is a
treasure for all foodies in Southern
Connecticut. Although, it is worth
a trip from all across the state !"
"Food was good. I figured I would order American Chinese for takeout and get the actual Chinese dishes when I dine in.
左宗鸡 General Tso' Chicken was soupy but the sauce was good. The chicken itself was a little dry.
The 蒙古牛肉 Mongolian Beef was good but for $24 I would hope for more beef.
The 净炒面 fried noodles were supposed to have vegetables according to the description but were actually only noodles. They were fine
Overall, I would review it 5 stars if the food was worth the cost, but it was all just too expensive for what it is.
I would still be willing to try dining in since one of the reviews said the takeout portions seem smaller but likely will not doordash from here again"

"This pic is of special request plain mei fun.
No carrots or crunchy veggies, so you understand what you're looking at. I'm 67 yrs old.
The dish is chicken 140. Chicken Chow Mei Fun It tastes amazing just plain, no super-hot sauce to hide poor flavors.
The portion literally expands when opened & fluffed. It's a huge portion with lots of fresh-tasting chicken pieces, not the nasty strips many places use.
Most places will not honor special requests or say they do but actually don't. I know this because I deliver for a living. 140. Chicken Chow Mei Fun is my goto Chinese food dish. I can't handle super-spicy food that's all the rage now.
I have terrible teeth problems so crunchy or tough & chewy food is out.
With mild dishes like chow mein & mein fun I like to add to my own taste; hot mustard, a bit of duck sauce. Really good prices here! Can't go wrong."
"i think this is the best Chinese food ive ever had. Fresh and Clean. Everything was cooked to perfection. The wings were NOT recooked like they are at other places, these were nice and crisp on the outside and cooked perfectly and moist on the inside. .. The rolls were crunchy as should be with nice firm and not soggy fillings. Vegies tender crisp. Very good cold sesame noodles although a bit too sweet. Noodles were not mushy or over saturated with sauce. cooked perfectly. This place is way above any other place Ive ordered from. "

"Second time getting the Pad Thai, SO much for such little cost, plus the limes are always fresh. Definitely getting thirds!"
"Looks like new management - really liked the Fresh Spring Roll (two big rolls rather than the previous 8 individual cuts, and iceberg lettuce rather than romaine, which I feel makes it lighter and more refreshing, plus two dipping sauces, nice). I liked the S5 Vegetable Soup even more than I have from prior orders, as the broth was more flavorful and the vegetables and tofu had great texture (sometimes the tofu was rubbery in the past). My only issue with my meal was the P1 Hot Basil with chicken; the dish was tasty alright, but was made way, way spicier than I remembered from previous orders of the dish. I probably should have gone with something else if I knew the new folks were going to turn the spice level up this much, so be careful when ordering. Otherwise good overall."

"I enjoyed the General Tso's sauce & peppers, it helped satisfy my craving. The dumplings were big & doughy and the dipping sauce was great."
"The 35. Roast Pork Fried Rice (Quart) was full of onions and the pork was very old and tasted somewhat tainted. The ribs were burnt and dry underneath the sauce they drowned it in. The shrimp and broccoli had more broccoli than shrimp and it didn't taste good."

"Their food and sushi is absolutely amazing. Food was delivered fresh and very hot. The presentaion is beautiful. Seriously couldn't be any happier with my choice in the business and food "
"Love this place in person and ordering. Ive only had the issue of no chop stics or a soy sauce etc. little things. Grrat bang for your buck. We have had a lot of the veggie based maki/rolls my daughter and I love them. Fresh tasting every time. My son loves the lo mein noodles and the dumplings are banging. 10/10 love it here and ive never gotten sick here unlike some other Asian places."

"I absolutely love the butter chicken just perfect I like that it's made true to tradition there is no mild option here just yummy and the garlic naan always perfect highly recommend this place over any other I've had them all I always go back here "
"Chicken Naan and Paneer Naan both has great portion size but lacks basic flavor and taste. Compared to that Garlic & Cheese Naan i out of this world, it's authentic, it's cheezy and garlicy. Absolutely smashing."

"I loved the Pho. I recently returned an extended trip in Vietnam and loved the Pho there. It's hard to find semi-decent Pho in the US, but I thought theirs was closer to the Pho I remember. Definitely tasted better than other places I've tried for Pho. Portions are generous- I thought the medium was huge and glad I didn't get the larger size. Will definitely go back for more!"
"My favorite pad see ew. My go to is chicken, absolutely delicious, great portion. Ordered 10+ times."

"Literally the best place on doordash. Ive never had an issue. The Hibachi: Fried Rice bowl is always 10/10 and is always done super fast. The people who work there are super sweet too, I asked for extra sauce and someone wrote me a note saying " i got you girl" literally so cute. The bowls are a great size and they always pack them to the top, but I wish they had a large option for a bigger serving. Other than that, this is my fave spot. "
"The secret is out....Rice on Fire has excellent Box with Fried Rice. I chose Lemon Pepper Wings. Im happy! The egg rolls were amazing too! I took a chance on the expensive Gzoyas (Potstickers) and they were on point as well."
