"I ordered my favorite- A LG Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard from Dairy Queen, along with a Stackburger for dinner that night-I clicked the option for extra strawberry topping, regular cheesecake bites, couldn't find a button for extra graham cracker-so I called Dairy Queen and ask them if I could still get some graham cracker and they could just charge me and they insured me. It would be no problem they would handle it no extra charge! Which was very kind! However, when I received my food, I didn't immediately eat my blizzard. I ate my dinner first and waited a couple hours before I opened the blizzard when I didn't open it I immediately started trying to mix it up a bit because all I could see was vanilla ice cream, and some tiny little red bits in it from the strawberry topping liquid. I didn't not receive my peach cobbler rolls and I did not receive my Large curly fry. To the owner, if you want to know how to keep business for this location consistent, HIRE COMPETENT EMPLOYEE'S. Your staff failed on the most basic of tasks for a fast food chain-ensuring all items are in the bag and ensuring quality food is being given out. Your prices are ridiculously high for the quality of food and service this location provides. This is consistent with your location via DoorDash or going in person!
