If you saw a special on the menu the day before they'll do their best to recreate it the next time you are there. Not only is their food incredible but the staff are friendly and welcoming. Once you go a few times you feel like a member of a little extended family. On top of all that they do regular community outreach and support for disadvantaged families in our area. Their "pay it forward" wall and community food pantry project are perfect examples of the spirit of this business and the people who run it. They truly care about their customers, our town and the people who live here.

Either way, I have condiments at home so I can doctor it up. People have different preferences so may just season differently with the same instructions. If I have to add some mayo or oil or oregano to make a good sub/hoagie great, I'm not complaining. I think hands down in north east the best option for subs/hoagies.
