The Yogurt & Fruit and Overnight Oats were just incredible, such great flavor and so fresh they were just wonderful. I also tried the Cereal Lattes and it tasted identical to the cereal and was delicious. Oh you all also did a great job at packaging everything for delivery and I really appreciate that too. Not a thing I would change it was perfect. Really great job and I can't wait till tomorrow to order from you again. "

"I realized they were shortstaffed. But there was no lettuce on the salad bar for over 45 minutes, so I was unable to get a salad. I ordered the steak with steamed vegetables and green beans. The steak tasted pretty good. The green beans however, were lukewarm and I assume came straight from the food bar. I did not eat them. We did not receive a dinner roll with our meal. All we received were two pieces of barely toasted bread, which I did not eat. Our waiter was very nice and polite. I realize that they were short staffed, and our waiter was the only one working in the kitchen that night. I think he did the best he could. But for the price that we paid, I don't feel that the meal itself was a very good value."

"the Curly Fries (Medium) were old. not just "I ordered delivery and it took 10 minutes to arrive old" but old in the sense they been sitting sometime before i ordered. they were hard, cold cold and small tiny trash like pieces. the box wasn't even barely half full. the Classic Beef 'n Cheddar. were okay but just thrown in the bag to where when you unwrapped them it was a cheesy mess all over the wrapper with most of the cheese on the wrapper. One napkin for 2 people. I love Arby's but this is the 2nd time ordering at night and the fries are inedible. during the day they have it perfect."
