"This is the best Vietnamese food that you can get north of the Bay Area. I've tried pho all over the US, and I know how to cook it. I know what goes into 'good' pho. THIS is the real deal. The Pho broth gels over when stored cold long enough, because it's made from scratch. The vinegar sauce for the spring rolls is amazing. Best peanut sauce, too. I tried the Korean BBQ short ribs today, and they were delightful, but I wish that KBBQ sides and sauce were included with that entree. There's a sauce made of gochujang and doenjang that's perfect for it. And I wanted the big romaine lettuce leaves and Perilla leaves for picking up the beef. We also ordered fried rice, chow mein, and an order of sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour chicken had a little kick to it, so it was a bit spicy for some of the kids, but I really enjoyed it.
