"The chili was watery with excess grease floating at the top so we had to strain it which was more than half the container it came in. The won ton min was cold and the noodles were stuck together so I had to reheat it twice just to loosen it up and separate the noodles which was shaped like the container since it wasn't hot enough to separate the noodles. It was very disappointing since Zippy's has always been my childhood fave back home in HI. Need more quality control on food preparation and packing before serving to customers. I used to love getting food deliveries from here because of the food quality and fair portions. Now, pork sinigang has way less vegetables, very very salty broth, more fat than meat in the pork. Beef caldereta is way way less amount of serving, by more than half! For all the same price. The last 3 orders has been the same, pancit bihon - wet and runny, chicken adobo less portions - the quality has gone downhill, quite quickly. "
