"The Caprese Panini was packaged in aluminum foil, and then a paper wrapper, and the paper wrapper was soaked through with balsamic and leaking into the rest of the bag. The Panini itself was sopping wet. Also, the Panini is pictured with fries, but does not come with them.
As for the arugula salad, there was no arugula in it. It was entirely spinach.

There was no dressing and I didn't recall an option to select one in the app. I could see the skin on the Wings (12) was still chewy in most areas. I didn't feel like getting out my air fryer, so I struggled through. I shouldn't have to air fry my food so it's not gross. I was hungry and ate 5 and fed the chewy skin to my dogs. They need to do better with cooking and packaging. Maybe they're better in person but I won't order this again for delivery."
