My grandparents had 2 bowls for work and the also loved them and had them for work. LOVED would eat there again"

I ordered two tofu bowls and two matcha bobas. The tofu bowls arrived lukewarm and even cold in some spots, even though I don’t live very far from the restaurant. They also had maybe five small bite-sized pieces of tofu each. For $17 per bowl, the portion and quality just weren’t worth the price. I ended up microwaving the food and eating it because I wasn’t about to waste the money.
The matcha boba was even more disappointing. It tasted like green-colored water with absolutely no matcha flavor at all, and the boba pearls were fused together into one big clump.
Overall, I spent around $60 on this meal for my girlfriend and me, and I honestly feel completely ripped off."

"I want to give an honest review, but I don't want to come across as disrespectful. The way I truly feel: it's just not worth it to spend your money at this place.
1.) The 'large' sizes are very small quantities of dessert, and to get a reasonable portion size, you need to order the 'x-large'.
2.) When you compare the prices and portions with a place like Bahama Buck's, it's a bit surprising. At Bahama's, you can get the largest size of shaved ice they have, (which is a massive amount), and you only pay $6 after tax. Here at 32 Degrees, you're paying $15, and that's before tax.
3.) The consistency isn't there with 32 Degrees. Sometimes the toppings come warmed, but more often they're still frozen. Frozen apple pieces aren't the most appetizing thing to eat."
