I've tried and traveled for them to see who has the best. This place does not have the "best" but for the price it's pretty good and filling. The Bao was bouncy, the dough has a slight sweet taste which I loved, and the filling itself was rich and savory. The dumplings had a nice chewy dough and the filling was moist and delicious. If I had any "negative" commentary it would be that they don't add salt or seasoning to the ginger chicken dumplings, but that's not a flaw. That's how they do things and I enjoyed it nonetheless. Give this place a try and don't take these other reviews too seriously. Because I personally really enjoyed what I got (I cannot speak for other items on the menu.) "
