"This is not the first but the second time I've ordered from Schlotzsky's for myself and colleague and it's been terrible. I understand that things are hard right now with limited help, inflation etc. But why does my sandwich always have pale, flat, barely there ingredients??? Last time it was 1 piece of turkey, cheese and bread..they left out all of the other ingredients. Today you can barely see the avocado, I had to search for the bacon which was 1 piece of floppy pale chewy bacon in 2 pieces, the mozzarella was thinner than the mayo, the pesto was pale, there was maybe 2 little pieces of onion and the lettuce was stale and gross. I can not order from here anymore it's just too expensive to spend your hard earned money when you're starving and place your trust in a place to make a decent sandwich and it's a huge let down every time. Please hire better associates, Schlotzsky's. I hate to sound so ugly, but this needs to change before they shut down due to no business."

"I was really excited to try this restaurant, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Vegetable Soup (Efo Riro) with assorted meats and fufu. First, the beef was entirely overcooked and dry. Therwas only 1 chunk of dry meat. the rest was full of tripe which was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. I had to throw out most of it.
The Meat pie was well seasoned and I very much enjoyed the veggies
For the price, I expected fresh, well-prepared meat that matched the menu description. Unfortunately, this meal was far from that. I can’t see myself ordering from here again."
