They made my salad as an unusual special order prepared with another meat. It was fixed to perfection. I love their chicken soup. Of all those in the area, theirs is definitely the tastiest. I'm someone who eats pico de gallo and salsa by the cupfuls and again theirs beats anybody else's in terms of freshness and flavor. The staff is very friendly and kind, quite willing to please. The star of the show was DEFINITELY the Tonkotsu Ramen though. they send the noodles and toppings separate from the broth which is nice if you're not planning to eat it right.
