"Unacceptable!! If im paying extra for things to be added then i should be getting it. Ordered almost $2 worth of extra inclusions which is just two extra scoops and did not receive any. Not to mention there were no safety caps put into the lids to close the holes in the lids and our drinks were spilled everywhere in the bag. They did not make sure anything was secure in our bag and everything got ruined!! Also our dashers fault for not handling the order properly and ripping our bag open. The chicken salad Sandwich on a bagel was not tasty. I didn't have any walnuts in it. The chicken was in big hunks. The texture was not pleasant. The big hunks fell out of the bagel. In large part because the salad itself was wet. The dressing was a watered down mayo which created a mess and as it made the bagel soggy.
I used to love Yours Truly. I moved away twenty years ago. Won't ever eat their food again!
