TheJerk Chicken was flavorful and had the smoky, grilled jerk chicken taste. It was really good. The rice was meh and I ate some of the cabbage and it was okay. I also ordered Macaroni & Cheese . It wasn't overly cheesy and it lacked seasoning. It wasn't the worst but definitely not in my Top 10. I ate this meal for 3 days and it could have stretched to 4 days. "I definitely want to give "my new spot" a special shout out. I had the privilege of eating at this great restaurant. In order to see how good the food taste, I order a few different meals. I first ordered a steam Snapper meal with provisions instead of rice and beans, to see how they were going to customize my meal. Next, I ordered a breakfast meal in the late afternoon. The dish was Ackee and Saltfiah with provisions. Lastly I ordered a chicken soup to see how they were going to make it. I must admit, this restaurant went up and beyond my expectations, with the presentation, taste, and customer service. The servings were so plentiful, I shared it with my wife, who almost fought me to get the food after she tasted it, LOL. Although they didn't have the cooked banana that I requested at the time, that doesn't take anything away from them. I recommend this restaurant if you want good authentic tasting Jamaican/Caribbean food. I would know... with family in Jamaica! 👍🏿"

"I was disappointed with my meal overall. The Pernil / Roast Pork and Tostones were both very dry, and the Jugo de Mango was so tart that it was difficult to enjoy. I also expected more from the Chicken Soup / Sopa de Pollo—it contained one small potato and didn’t feel very hearty.
On a positive note, the Bistec Encebollado / Carmelized Onion Steak was delicious and full of flavor. The rice and beans were also very good, and the Maduros were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the dry meats and disappointing soup overshadowed the meal, so I don’t think I’ll be returning."
