"59. Szechuan Style Beef (Spicy) - I have been trying different Asian restaurants trying to find what I'm looking for - a good, spicy noodle dish with meat and veggies. Other places I've tried in the area have dishes that are just too sweet without the depth of flavor, or fresh veggies, that I'm looking for. This dish was the best I've had so far! Warning: it is HOT. It seems to have dried chiles (Thai Birdseye maybe?) and that left coarse bits of skin and seeds in the dish, and a little more heat than I prefer (and I LIKE spicy!) I ordered a side of lo mein and mixed with the beef. The beef was tender and flavorful. The veggies were very fresh. The carrots and cabbage seemed to be cut just for my order. I could taste fresh garlic and a hint of something smoky, like bacon. And, the portions are very generous! If this had just a little less chiles, it would be my top favorite asian noodle dish ever. "
