"The Eggplant Parmigiana dinner came with a side of spaghetti. I asked for my sauce on the side and it came in a generous, sized container. The eggplant was topped with sauce and melted mozzarella; it was tender and delicious. Molinara's sauce was savory, not sweet, and not acidic at all. The side salad had fresh, crisp lettuce with ripe, delicious tomatoes, red onion, mozzarella cheese and pepper rings. The large portions allowed for another serving of everything.
Molinara's is one of my favorite restaurants to order from. I've never had a bad meal or problems with an order. I highly recommend them and I will certainly order the Eggplant Parmigiana again! "
