"This is the best tasting indian food in san diego. it is more sophisticated than other restaurants. The tikka masala is fantastic. I've eaten at lots of other indian places and it just tastes better. I also like that there are traditional items that are different from normal American menus. I was introduced to Sambar Idli and it is DELICIOUS, highly recommend. It is enough for a meal. My only complaint is that the Papadum only comes with a few tiny pieces -- not enough to be worth $4, and the chutney is also a teeny tiny amount of 2 kinds - tamarind and mint cilantro, not worth $4. I was picking up - pro tip if you pick up, they do not include the chutneys or sauces for you if you pick up. She said people missed packing their own post COVID. Butter Chicken Momo was a great portion size, and the combo of the juicy filling and the the sweet and savory curry was unreal.
Lamb Vindaloo was also a good portion sized and the meat was cooked until tender. It probably could use more seasoning or spice, but that is on us for not requesting for more.
Chana Tikka Masala was fantastic. Well-seasoned and full of chickpeas. A tad on the sweeter side.
Spinach Paneer was alright. There was not a lot of paneer, but plenty of spinach. Great for adding some veggies to the meal!
Chicken 65 was the standout dish for us. The chicken was cooked until tender, but still with a little crisp. The sauce was flavorful, and adding in onions helped amplify the flavor of the dish."

Chutney served with Dosas came out of fridge and was chilled. The quantity of Sambar and Chutney given for 4 masala Dosas + A family Dosa was way to less. Sambar was less than 3/4th of a 16oz container for 6 Dosas (if we consider family Dosa as two), lol. Chutney's were just half portion in 8oz containers.
