He wasn't taking a phone order. When he finished his call, he went and got my order. He handed me 4 bags (with all the handles tied off) at once. 1 of the bags was lemons & utensils, butter & spice packets and the other was a small container of hummus. I had an umbrella in one hand & keys in the other and almost dropped the food because he basically just shoved it all at me completely oblivious. I had to condense the bags myself. He saw I was struggling to hold it and didn't offer to help. Very rude. One of the items was an order of Hummus for $12. I got home, and there was no pita bread with it. Just the Hummus by itself. The Kabob Plate 2 Person was ok..the meat is weird. It came with a few kabobs, almost soupy bc there was so much meat juice in the container. Thankful it didn't spill on the drive home. It came with a side salad with inedible dressing (tasted like ketchup & yogurt???) and about 5 lbs of rice. Enough rice for 6 people. Recommend the chicken Kabob Plate 2 Person instead. The chicken was good. The rice was good but way too much. This is my 2nd time at this place. I paid extra $ for half salad on the chicken kabob plate last time and didn't realize until I got home that they didn't give me any salad. I figured it was a one off so I ordered pickup again. The order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, I cancelled it after waiting an hour. I mistakenly gave them another shot bc it's on my way home from work. Won't do it again. "
