She proceeded to dish out more of the meat to let me sample and stated that “it’s ok” and then she put some oxtail juice and a few bones on top to appease me. She refused to replace the entire meal. My dasher was at the store for at least 10 minutes before they even started making my order and once they started they made it in like 2 mins so what even took so long to start the process? Dasher was amazing w communication and letting me know what was happening even told me kfc always does this and last time he was there they took 30 minutes just to get him the order. Even with the food being good I would not order from here again due to the unreasonable wait."
