Every thing you order asks if you want ketchup, I think I put yes for two of my three items, thinking I'd get maybe a couple per ordered item, but no, they literally give you one small packet of ketchup. The 'hot' level of spice was good, I was expecting pretty spicy and I enjoyed it, for the 'medium' spicy things, they didn't taste spicy at all, it felt like such a huge jump between the two levels.
